This remarkable early twentieth-century zoological plate presents four Philippine Draco flying lizards arranged side by side with their distinctive wing-like membranes fully extended. Individually numbered specimens create a comparative scientific study while forming an unusually bold and symmetrical composition.

Expanded patagial membranes reveal delicate radiating structures and contrasting patterns, while slender limbs and extraordinarily long looping tails create elegant lines beneath each specimen. The monochrome imagery against warm cream paper gives the plate a particularly strong archival and graphic character.
